What's a science and sip anyway?

The Lit Lab London is the UK’s first and only ‘Science and Sip’ experience; an 18+, immersive pop-up, involving science experiments mixed with social drinking, interactive competition, and games.

The ‘Science and Sip’ concept is a new and unique take on similar immersive social events involving for example: art, pottery or cake baking, alongside drinking as their key theme.

Guests are transformed into scientists with professor names and all the gear as they perform explosive experiments, make creative science shots, and have the opportunity to win shots in challenges against other scientists.

Experiments range from mini foam explosions to extracting fruit DNA and more. They are all safe, home-style approaches which don’t use any lab grade chemicals and are easy for adult guests to understand, and most importantly, have fun with.

With new experiments and 'science shots' to try each time, plus themed events - think Spooky Science or Christmas Chemistry, this is one of the most ‘lit’ new experiences in London.
